Soluminate (aka John DeBorde) has been making music virtually his entire life. His newest endeavor combines his deep love of outer space with lush ambient textures and synthesizers. While drawing influence from the greats like Brian Eno, Cliff Martinez, and György Ligeti, Soluminate forges new ground and brings a unique perspective to the world of ambient music.
John is also known as a dynamic film composer with roots in classical, rock and ethnic music. DeBorde brings a refreshing, down to earth approach to each and every project, from feature film and television to promotional, interactive and educational genres.
